Though Phil and Kristin regret exiling their oldest son, it was the right decision. A man so power-hungry that he is willing to poison his brother. But they really should have taken him to the gallows. It would have saved everyone the terror that would fall on them a decade later.

Wilbur tries to kill Techno to be heir to the throne, he's exiled shortly after. Ten years later, he stages a rebellion to destroy the country that he feels entitled to inherit, but I don't think it'll be that simple.
(All that I know about dsmp is from fanfics, never watched a single stream lol)

Summary
Godling protected the village that decided to start worshipping them. Love and happiness were enough for them, they took their worships and the names bestowed upon them and they thought the people were happy too. When fear poisoned worships and when the new temple turned out to be prison, Godling faded and so did their names.
Till someone new came by and gave them a new name.
Or: Imprisoned Godling is let free after a long time and immediately gains new name and new family

“Kid, what’s your name?” Kratos deadpanned.
“You can call me, Ares.” Tommy replied. He felt himself slip into the role a bit too easily when the metallic words left his mouth.
“God of rage, war, and violence?” Kratos confirmed. Of course he knew he was the reason the group was named their names.
“Yes Kratos. I’m named that because you all have pissed me off.” Tommy let himself smile as he pointed towards the three and then back at him.
“What can you do to us?” Acanthis asked, Apollo glanced between the two.
“Well you see, when you mess with fire,” Tommy threw his hands down and fire flared to life below his palms, primed to be used. He saw their mouths open in either awe or shock, but it felt like a drug to Ares.
“You get burned.”

Summary
Prince Theseus was raised by the castle staff. His mother died when he was young and his father resented him because of it. Of course, it wasn’t his fault his mother had passed, but the king needed something to blame and he chose that to be his youngest son.
The young Prince’s brother didn’t resent him for ‘killing’ their mother, but simply for looking like her. Though the elder knows the boy had no control over his appearance, it hurts for him to be around his brother.
And so, just like that the staff had become his family, more so than his actual family. Theseus would become the crowned prince at the age of eleven, as his brother had refused the role in order to be the General of the kingdom’s military. And that is how their story begins…
