Usually Diluc does not partake in any of the festivities except to prepare new drinks exclusive to the festival and to help Charles on the more hectic days. Anything else, he scoffs and turns his nose up. He's made it clear that he has no interest in participating in any other way.
So it's a surprise to Venti when, on one of the last few days of the festival, he walks into the Angel's Share and immediately lays his eyes on a small vase containing a single Cecilia alongside a lone, faintly glowing Lamp Grass.
