When a mysterious device sends the Batkids' future sons and daughters to the past, right in the middle of the cave, none of them is ready. Not the new kids, whose family as they know it is back in a different time, and certainly not Bruce's own children, too young to be parents.
With the six now stuck in a time in which they don't exist yet, hurt by a future that will never be, the Batkids will have to decide what it truly means to be a family and how to face the ghosts of choices not yet taken.

Athena had never expected to start her last year at Olympia High with seven young gods she used to only see at home. Ares had never expected to start his junior year in his big sister’s shadow either. Unfortunately, neither can go against their father’s plans. So, they just have to accept that for the next school year, they are going to be seeing each other. A. Lot. Well, at least it is not all bad. The war siblings can probably stomach this, but it also might be a good thing that they literally cannot kill each other.

Ares and Athena have always been birds of a feather, and moving into an apartment together was the natural progression of things. If you ask Ares, things are going swell. He finally has his own place with his sister, and he recently found a perfect match in Aphrodite.But when his girlfriend and himself return home from a week-long trip, they don't find things as they left them. Mainly, they don't find Athena how they left her.
