"Val? Are you sure we're going in the right direction?" Danny asked over the soft hum of the bike. Valerie was just above him on her hoverboard.
"The directions that Tim person sent us was pretty clear." Valerie answered."I've never heard of a Gotham City In New Jersey. Were we really cut off that long from the outside world?" He looked at the post-apocalyptic landscape before him.
"This might not be our world."
"Might."
Valerie sighed. "Anyway, we need to cover more ground and find a place to set up camp before it gets dark, we dont want to run into those phantasm-creatures."

Summary
Danny's life goes downhill after Dan reveals his identity to all of Amity. With little to almost no will to live he decides to go find someone to fight one last time. The second biggest person to cause him that much trouble was Pariah Dark. Almost in the last ditch effort to go out in style. Though there is a change of plans but not of his own free will. A little help here a lot of drama there and now Danny is on a new Earth with his new adoptive father. Living in Gotham with Pariah, Dorathea and a few other ghosts while trying to figure out whether the normal life was truly for him.
Now that is somewhat the plot but I can't do summaries oops

Summary
Danny rarely got to decide what to do with his future. He got his power because his friends urged him to make a mistake, the career test laid out the future of an underpaid fast-food chain worker. And it was certainly not by choice that he ended up on the streets.
But perhaps a new world could help him make a choice of his own and forge a path to call truly his. Where those choices could lead, however, is another question entirely.

Hal woke to the sound of something tapping on the cockpit window.
His first thought was where am I?
His second thought was I’m saved!
His third thought was what the fuck is that?
Standing—floating? —outside the cockpit was a…being? Yeah, being. Hal was confident that was a word that could work for this situation.
Floating outside Hal’s cockpit was a being with snow white hair and glowing green eyes, wearing some kind of band around its (his?) head, a strange belt, a blue leather jacket which did not match his black jumpsuit, a gaudy ring, carrying a glowing green scroll—
Ah. Hal was hallucinating, okay. Or maybe dead; he still wasn't real clear on his extant status.
The being tapped on Hal’s window again before becoming impatient and sticking his (its?) head through the glass.
Definitely a hallucination. A HAL-lucination, ha ha.

OR
The GIW try to blow up the Ghost Zone. It doesn’t go the way they expect.
