Summary
Law knew from the moment he woke up that he was sick. He was warm and sweaty under his blanket, his brain fuzzy in ways it wasn’t normally when he was stirring back into consciousness, and breathing was a little difficult. He groaned at the sound of his mom knocking on his door as it pierced through his eardrums.

Summary
“Wait, his name is really Dragon? Is it symbolical?” Gaban suddenly joined the conversation with a curious hint in his tone. “I mean, I always feel like your name is too close to Carp, like fishes.”
Rayleigh blinked at that and looked at Garp again with a look of intrigue. He didn’t think of that at all, but Gaban made a fair point. “A carp that jumps over the dragon gate and became a dragon. A symbolism of your hope for him to be better than you?” That’s genius.
“I just thought Dragon sounds cool,” Garp admitted.
Rayleigh facepalmed.

Summary
He doesn't register anything more than God's Knight, reaching before he draws his sword and hits the Knight with all the Haki he can muster. She recoils, screaming in pain, and drops whatever she was holding in one hand. Roger catches it.
Oh shit. That's a baby.
He turns to see the frightened shape that he originally caught his attention, and finds himself looking at a young Marine cadet, bleeding heavily from one shoulder and curled around a second baby, obviously twin to the one now held haphazardly in Roger's arms.
