Or maybe he would, because one day, not three weeks after the whole thing started, Sharpness woke up to his mattress bending unnaturally in the middle, from one fucking Judelow lying next to him like nothing was wrong, looking at him with a smirk, only for him to ask:
"Can I fuck you tonight?"
And for a good minute, Sharpness just laid there, wondering if he was still sleeping and the whole thing was just a dream.
"What?" he asked, still half asleep, trying to figure out what was going on, as he blinked his eyes open again and again to clear his vision properly.

"You can't do this," the whine is back.
Half of his brain, the half that took in Oswald's behaviors and studied them, tells him to shoot. Tells him that Oswald himself wouldn't let someone get away with it if they killed, say, Edward. It shows weakness, and to stay on top, you can't be weak. When you're weak, people bite at you. They think they have the ability to usurp you and control you. Oswald thinks similarly about Edward, obviously. He thinks Edward is stupid and compliant, Edward needs to prove he's not.
The other half is mad, raging, confused. But admittedly, he doesn't want to let go. He's lost connection after connection, and after killing Oswald, he knows he'll be alone. He wants something, someone to keep. Humans are social creatures, and that is his downfall. He thinks Kristen finally accepting him might've been the start of an addiction of sorts, as the idea of being alone now terrifies him when in the past it was all he knew.
The halves agree on a compromise.

“Yes.” The simple word, the certainty it is uttered with: warmth snakes down his spine, trickles into the hollows of his bones. The fever. It must be the fever. Kyojurou swallows hard. His head feels light, mouth thick like it has been stuffed with cotton.

Summary
In In-ho's room (S01E02) there are three visible prints of "Empire of Light" by René Magritte. One is on the cover of a book, alongside books on Van Gogh, Claude Monet, and two on Picasso.
Modern art, especially surrealism, is a huge influence on the visual storytelling in the show, and further, the associated philosophies of the artists and works play a significant role in the story. It is interesting to me that In-ho is, in fiction, invested in these same works that inspired the creation of the world around him. It would make sense if he bought these books as a response to the trauma of surviving his game, as a way to make sense of the absurd. Picasso: The Blue and Rose Periods is from 2019, four years after his game. Then there's his books on Lacan, Camus, and Nietzsche.
This is an exploration of that concept, of In-ho fixating on modern art, particularly surrealism, to make sense of his reality. The first part is based in NYC, when the Front Man is tasked to smooth things over with the Panther mask VIP in person. The second part follows Gi-hun's life after winning his game, as In-ho observes him. In the third, they clash.

“Do you have questions?” Young-il asks, which is rather kind of him, considering it all. So many things were kind of him. Gi-hun stares at the speckles of blood near his lips and imagines him digging flat molars into tender flesh.
“No.” His voice is already hoarse. When they torture him, he won’t even have the chance to plead.
Gi-huns little insurrection doesn’t go over particularly well. As always, it’s the house that wins.

Summary
“They’re watching.” Gi-hun mumbles lamely, his eyes flicking up to the little camera staring down at them from the corner. Its red light blinks threateningly, but it does nothing but add to the whirlpool of confusing, conflicting feelings swirling inside of him.
Young-il’s fingers tighten in the cloth of his shirt, dragging him down until their eyes meet, their noses brush, and all that Gi-hun can see is the wild, almost obsessed, desire swimming behind Young-il’s thick lashes.
“Let them watch.”

Alternatively: Gi-hun ends up with Young-il(In-ho) in the final round of Mingle and Young-il takes him apart.

Gi-hun thought he would die in the other man’s arms. He long since suspected that his heart would not cease to beat until In-ho willed it so, that he would be remain animated by his will, a mess of skin and cartilage, of decay and rot.
