Hermione had lost count of how many times she had rolled her eyes at Fleur Delacour during the Triwizard Tournament. She was insufferable—complaining constantly about the Hogwarts castle and weather, how she would much rather be back at home. She seemed ungrateful and downright rude of the attention she garnered from all the boys in the castle. Hermione would be pleased if she could go the rest of the year without seeing the blonde at all.
Unfortunately, Fleur seems to keep popping up wherever Hermione is. Even more perplexing, the girl seems intent on interacting with her.

Summary
It's a warm spring Saturday in Provence, and the inhabitants of the Delacour Cottage are looking forward to a well-earned rest. Well, the parents are, at least.
An extremely light and fluffy day with Hermione, Fleur, and their two children. Making crepes and beef stew, discussing unicorns and going to the zoo, and ending up with far too many friends at their Saturday dinner party. Gabi instructs Victoire in the ways of being a little shit, Ginny accidentally invites people over to other people's houses, and Fleur asks Hermione to go on another adventure.

Third year was a mess.
Side effects of being friends with The Boy Who Lived and The Boy Who Means Well and Has No Clue. Dementors, murders, nearly murders by her best friend. Ginny Weasley shuffling through the year, a fireball of a girl turned into a shadow of herself, expecting basilisks and poisoned diaries around every corner.
Fourth year, they say, is easier. Students focus on their beasts, and professors don't kid themselves that they can override hormones and instincts.
It's hell being a skinny Muggleborn who hasn't connected with her beast yet. If it doesn't happen by the end of the year, it's not happening. Harry and Ron won't abandon her so either way, fourth year will be easy.

While the other girls focus on their beasts and their decorum classes, Fleur fills her days with kissing, tending the family's alliances with veela and humans, and gossip. Her nights are haunted by dreams of beastly, panting, marvelous sex.
