Leo is a teenage mutant ninja turtles. Unfortunately he lucked out, and is both trans and cursed with a menstrual cycle. A ridiculous thing for a mutant turtle to have if you ask him. Donnie's explanations and Splinter's awkward puberty talks are useless to him. It doesn't change the crushing loneliness his period brings with it, or the intense dysphoria that increases with each cramp. Leo hates it, and does his best to ignore it. To hide away alone in his room until he feels like himself again.
This time his brother's don't let that happen.
