Summary
Losing Sirius snaps something in Harry, and Dumbledore's continued manipulations just cement his choice to match Voldemort at his own game. He knows he isn't going to win the war using 5th year light magic. Now the heir to the house of Black, he learns really how dark the family is. To stop Voldemort and save his friends and family from a fate similar to Sirius, he becomes the darkest mage in wizarding history, no magic is too dark too forbidden if it will accomplish his goals.
