Summary
The Death Star may be gone along with a huge slew of top Imperial command, but all is not well in the galaxy yet. Luthen and Kleya are missing, and ISB Supervisor Lonni Jung has reiterated his (now panicked) request for extraction before Col Yularen’s replacement is appointed. The Rebellion doesn’t typically run spies on Coruscant anymore, but Mon is insisting on saving the founders of their Alliance and two of the last Jedi she knows.
So Mothma has tasked Alexsandr Kallus with putting together a team of ex-Imperials best suited to the job. With a few ISB alumni, two ex-TIE pilots, a shuttle runner, and a still active mole in the Officer’s Corp … well, what could go wrong?

Roscu met her gaze, the usual bravado in her eyes replaced by something quieter. “Then I’d have taken the fall. That’s the job, isn’t it? We make the calls, and we live—or die—with the consequences.”

“Make no mistake, Major Uddra,” Yularen countered. “I am not a man so set in the past that I allow it to dictate my future. Nor am I the sort to take threats lightly.”
She felt her own grin growing up the side of her face as Lord Vader slowly crossed his arms . “And if this Skywalker was found to still exist?” he asked.
“If General Skywalker was to walk into this room,” Yularen answered resolutely, “I’d be the first to put him down.”
“Your enthusiasm has been noted,” Vader answered.
