    Summary

Maya Banerjee, 27, Croydon native. Messy flat, sketchbook addict, perpetually single. One quiet Sunday she falls asleep watching The Fellowship of the Ring… and wakes up in Bree, in Peregrin Took’s body.

She knows the movies (mostly). She does not know how to be a hobbit.

Between mistaken identities, cultural confusion, and the inconvenient pull of a certain ranger’s gaze - who is absolutely, definitely, destined for Arwen… right? - Maya finds herself tangled in a story she only half-remembers, and one she may not want to leave.

    Summary

Patterns and echoes of what she knew was supposed to happen - she could see them everywhere. She was what was wrong in the picture, the thing that shifted everything and caused devastating changes, and yet even then the weave of history showed a similar image to what she had expected.

Being reincarnated into the body of an Elf, growing up in Rivendell, it had always sounded like a dream to her. It was both a dream and a nightmare. Love and grief were inseperable for her, even when she was surrounded by people who were supposed to be immortal. The future loomed menacingly ahead, promising war, love, and even more loss.
She didn't want it. She wanted freedom to choose her own fate, and she wanted the freedom to explore Middle-earth.
What would you do with three thousand years? Well, she certainly wasn't going to spend them sitting in Rivendell.

“Are we going to pretend I didn’t just find you fucking your General, vod?” Rex hisses over private-comm.

Cody doesn’t even turn his head to look at him. Rex can hear the smile in Cody’s voice when he replies, “No, because I am not fucking my General, Rex’ika. I am fucking Obi-Wan. We are professionals.”

5 times Cody and Obi-Wan struggled to maintain plausible deniability regarding their affections for one another + 1 time they decidedly Did Not.

    Summary

Harry tore his eyes away from the man on the catwalk. The merry party of wizards were advancing on him with Moody at the helm, leaving Uncle Vernon to smoulder a few metres away. He was asked if he was ready to go, which he didn't respond to. He simply let Moody's gnarly, root-like hand clamp onto his shoulder and lead him away.

They followed all the way to Uncle Vernon's Mercedes. Some of them gave Harry hugs while other whispered reassurances that they'd see each other again soon. That the weeks would fly by and that they would come to get him before he knew it. But Harry knew very well that he was doomed. He knew that this would be the last he ever saw of any of them.

Fewer things are the same now, in this summer of 1996, though a few things will remain the same. This is Part Two of the Dreamweaver series.

    Summary

'Mala fides': bad faith, purpose to deceive or defraud
    - Merriam Webster dictionary

For Harry Potter, the man-who-lived-twice, savior of the Wizarding World, and the ultimate golden boy, life was good. He had survived the war, had a job he loved, a good home, and wonderful friends; the future seemed bright.
But when he's asked to assist on a case involving Unspeakables, what he discovers deep in the bowels of the Department of Mysteries turns his world upside down.

Betrayed and heartbroken, Harry does what he knows best; he jumps into the unknown like the good, little Gryffindor he is.
