The battle was over, and Thorin Oakenshield awoke, naked and shivering, in the Halls of his Ancestors.
The novelty of being dead fades quickly, and watching over his companions soon fills him with grief and guilt. Oddly, a faint flicker of hope arises in the form of his youngest kinsman, a Dwarf of Durin's line with bright red hair.
(Follows the story of the War of the Ring).
(Bagginshield, Gimli/Legolas) In which recovery takes time, the dead members of the Company take to watching Gimli as though he’s a soap opera, the living struggle with being left behind, Legolas is confused, Khuzdul is abused, and Thorin is four feet and ten inches of guilt and anger.

Summary
Thorin Oakenshield wakes. The air is cold, clinging to his skin in an unpleasant way. He reaches for his sword, the memory of his defeat still fresh in his mind.
In the distance shines the familar light of Bag End, where Bilbo Baggins is desperately trying to understand why the battlefield around him faded to the comfort of his home, the calendar mocking his attempts at making sense of the situation.
Both of them try to navigate the violent jump back in time as best as they can, but getting in each other's way of diverting fate causes more trouble than any of them could expect. It is a lonely feat, changing the past – unless, amidst all the chaos, they manage to understand each other again.

Summary
A retelling of the Hobbit in which Yavanna and Aulë make a bet with each other to determine if they would fall in love with each other no matter the circumstances. There is one condition, neither Valar, or their Istari, are permitted in assisting the two mortals they choose. The two mortals must find themselves on their own, and they must fall in love with no interference.
Bilbo Baggins and Thorin Oakenshield must navigate the Quest for Erebor with a very strange, unexplainable connection to one another.

Summary
A month had passed since the decisive battle atop Ravenhill, since death had come to walk among the dwarves Bilbo had grown so very fond of and swung its scythe playfully in their midst. In the pitch-black of night, huddled underneath a pile of gimcrack woolen blankets, the memory still made the hobbit curl in on himself and shiver, as if he was laying on a bed of ice, frostbite slowly creeping up his fingertips.

Summary
A fix-it fic where Bilbo must navigate through a world of dwarves with completely different customs, attitudes and habits. After the Battle of the Five Armies, Erebor is slowly rebuilt while the injured recover.
Finding solace in the hobbit after spending so long with him on the road, Bofur will have to decide he if loves Bilbo enough to try to win his heart, or if he loves him enough to let him go.
Riddled with pride and gold-sickness, Thorin must overcome himself if he wants Bilbo to stay by his side in Erebor.
Through shared burdens, stolen glances, and the slow work of rebuilding, two very different hearts discover that loyalty—and maybe love—can bridge even the widest gaps.
