Summary
Marco has the dubious pleasure of falling into one of the Grand Line's strangest weather anomalies on his way back from an urgent errand in the Calm Belt. It slingshots him to an unknown point in the past to wait until the anomaly snaps him back to the present once more. He could be there for days, weeks, possibly years if the records of previous survivors hold true.
There he finds a small, peaceful island that doesn't exist in his own time. It even has a friendly, if exceedingly strange creature for company with a body made of shadows that make his eyes bleed when he stares too long, but that's nothing compared to Ace’s first few destructive months on the Moby Dick. His crew would love Imu, he’s sure. A shame they'll be separated when Marco returns to the present.

So preachy he was like General Ardmore
Quaritch bit the inside of his mouth before spitting, “It doesn’t matter what colour I am, I still know what I need to do.”
Quaritch was a bad man, he knew that, but when he is put into a situation where his biggest enemies watch his every move and control his actions, he has to come to the reconning that maybe he doesn't have to be. Spider was not making his decisions any easier.

The CO pulls his hand away slowly, holding Quaritch's gaze. He squeezes a pearl of blood from the tip of his thumb, inspecting it like it's a diamond ring. A treasure to be admired. Yellow eyes shine in the dark, following the droplet when it breaks form and trails down his wrist.
“You know you're never getting out of here, right?” he states more than asks, wiping the blood between his blue fingertips.
Quaritch's ears fall.
