Summary

It differentiates from canon in that its a cover for Tony who is really going undercover to investigate Hawaii's Governor who had managed to get on the Navy's bad side. In the process of his investigation he gets involved with Steve McGarrett and the 5-O team. When its all over Tony has a choice, DC or Hawaii?
