Summary
Commission prompt, paraphrased: Jade and Floyd have entered their fourth year at Night Raven College and are now taking part in internships outside of Sage Island. Of course, they never stray too far from home so their internship revolves around the family business much to their parents' insistence. With the constant need to be on land and in the sea, Mrs. Leech bequeaths one of the beach homes to her sons so that they have a home on land close to the sea, making it convenient for them to travel back and forth from land to sea. However, their hectic schedule brings up the need to hire a live-in housekeeper-- one that can keep a secret. Floyd easily takes a liking to this one.
