    This is a Loki/Tony fic (eventually). Marvel cannon is respected until almost the ending of Loki episode 2 where it diverts hard. Loki didn't follow Sylvie through the door, instead returning to Mobius and the TVA. She took out Renslayer in her attack but didn't get any further before having to run and hasn't been heard from since.

    Set several years later, Loki has adjusted to life within the TVA and actually enjoys the role he's made for himself there; working alongside Mobius he strives to find ways to incorporate variants into the TVA to assist with guarding the sacred time line.
