Written to fulfill this prompt:
In a transporter accident, AOS Jim is transported into the prime timeline. Jim, who has been in a romantic relationship with his Spock for two years - ever since a few months after they started serving together - is shocked to find out that the Kirk and Spock of this universe have served together for four years already without confessing their feelings. He vows to do everything in his power to get them together before the transporter is fixed and he can return to his own universe. It's only fair, considering how Spock Prime has helped him and his own Spock figure themselves out.

What must Spock be going through, after all that on Vulcan? Their forced contest apart, he’d been rejected, in front of so many witnesses, by his haughty long-time betrothed. Even if a fellow wasn’t in love with a spouse, that would be hard to assimilate. Humiliating. And what about all that sexual tension built up over such a long time? Had it really been expended by their battle? Was Spock truly rid of his unsatiated need?
If Spock had been anybody else Kirk could have approached him and coaxed him into confidence—except, if he was anybody else among Kirk’s friends, he would not be a half-human Vulcan in the aftermath of a broken pon farr. Kirk imagined going to him, making some rational argument for why they needed, freely, frankly, privately, to discuss what they’d been through.
