“I’m a grown man,” Odysseus grunts, trying (and failing) to pry Hermes’ hands off.
“And I’m thousands of years old! My little baby, that’s what you are.”

or; Hermes is sent to inform Odysseus that he has been granted permission to return home. Odysseus thinks that, once he's set sail, it'll be the last he'll see of the messenger. However, what he fails to realise is that, when earning the interest of an Olympian, that favour comes with a heavy price. Apparently, in this case, it means Hermes sticking around to see how long it takes before Odysseus throws himself into the water for some peace and quiet.Bookmarked by Dreamingfoxx

Summary
Basically, miscommunication happens (because its Batman and he doesn't communicate), and at some point, the majority of the superhero community assumes that Red Hood is Batman's 1st Robin and Nightwing is a completely different hero. Minus Donna, Roy, and Wally everyone else thinks Red Hood is the oldest. Somehow Bruce got the others to go along with the ruse. This is basically different (not connected) fics of what could happen if that were the case.

Wilbur flopped onto the couch, legs stretched out as he grabbed his phone.
“You get the smaller room which is on the left there.” Wilbur pointed to a small, narrow hallway that had three doors in total. “The bathroom is across from your door. Rent’s due on the first.”
Dream raised a brow. “That’s it? No interview? No rules?”
Wilbur turned on the television in front of him with a remote. “I don’t care what you do as long as you pay your share. Just don’t touch my stuff.”
Dream considered that. No fake niceties, no over-the-top friendliness. Just two people coexisting. It was perfect.
“Alright, deal.” Dream said. “Should I come back tomorrow morning with my stuff?”
Wilbur waved him off. “Sure, sure. I’ll also give you a copy of the keys tomorrow too.”
It was almost too perfect.
He should’ve known there was a catch.

Dream gets a roommate who's a little more than he could handle... Wait- what do you mean his roommate is a villain? Say what? Oh- and lil note but Dream has a pretty powerful ability... yep- this is going to end totally fine.
