Summary
In a different reality, Izuku doesn't decide to save Shigaraki in the Final War like how his counterpart would. He decides that to prevent more destruction, Shigaraki would need to be killed.
As he landed the final blow, in Shigaraki's final act to make it a draw, he's forced to use a quirk that he knew existed within him but never used before. In the aftermath, Izuku Midoriya is gone from the world of My Hero Academia and appears in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen.

At the age of four, Izuku stumbled upon a strange-looking box in the trash. Usually, he wouldn’t rummage through trash, but he would make this time an exception. It was a small, gray box that resembled a rock. When he picked it up, it was surprisingly light for what he thought was a rock. He was really startled when the rock opened a blue eye. It was the prettiest blue eye he had ever seen! But it did nothing more than blink a few times before closing.
So, it wasn’t a rock; instead, it was a really cool mechanical box! Izuku’s four-year-old brain went wild over this incredible discovery, so naturally, as any four-year-old would do, he took it home.
