Summary
There are many words Simon would use to describe Wilhelm. “Arrogant,” “spoiled,” and “a prissy prince” to name a few. Likewise, Wilhelm thinks he has Simon accurately labeled as an attention-seeking asshat who never shuts his loud mouth. Their disdain for each other seems to know no bounds, until the two wake up in one bed after a house party which causes a surge in their friends’ pre-existing notion that Simon and Wilhelm’s hatred for each other is just poorly veiled lust.
Eventually it all becomes too much for either of them to handle, leading to Simon and Wilhelm agreeing to fake date long enough to end their “relationship” in a massive staged fight which will finally get their friends off of their backs once and for all. But the more time they spend together, the more their plan begins to fall apart, and they realize that falling for your enemy isn’t as impossible as it seems.
TLDR: An enemies to lovers & fake dating story, with focuses on Simon’s struggle to keep his family afloat despite his father’s abuse and addiction, and Wille’s trauma and anxiety from childhood to adulthood, heavily based on the book “They Hate Each Other” by Amanda Woody

Summary

Summary

Summary
Wilhelm and Simon stumble back into each other's lives and decide to give themselves one last night together.... or so they thought it would be their last night.
Wilhelm never returned to Hillerska after winter break, and he has spent his entire life regretting it. Nearly a decade later, he runs into Simon. He had hoped he'd successfully moved on from his feelings after all these years, but clearly, he was wrong. The two spend a passionate night together, expecting it to be their last. That is until it happens a second time when the two come arrangement that suits both their needs. Friends with benefits? No, they'd have to actually be friends for that to be the case.

Summary
“A couple of photos together before the rest of the team comes in too. Wille, here, could you hold this up with Simon,” the photographer asks, handing Wille one of the royal blue jerseys the team wears. Lifting up the shirt and handing it for Simon to hold he sees the ‘Eriksson 10’ printed on the back.
“Did they actually ask you which number you want or…” Wille asks Simon, in Swedish then, the first question of the night that isn’t at least partially scripted. Looking over he sees the man crack a wide smile and shake his head in a small motion, making sure it’s not noticeable in the photos.
“No, though I’m sure someone in my team was asked about it and they just said pick whichever number you want,” he answers.
