Felicity groaned as she opened her eyes. She had no idea where she was. The last thing she could remember was falling from her surfing board during her daily practice. She had arrived in Greece earlier that week to participate in a Worldwide Surfing Race. It was taking place in Crete that year. She always wanted to go to Greece, she thought the place was magical, and she got her chance with this Race. She was even staying two weeks after the end of the race to enjoy the country. And she really needed a break from her life, so…
“Daddy, I think she’s awake,” a little girl’s voice entered her ears.
“Easy, baby. She has hit her head, remember?” a warm voice said. The owner of the voice sounded handsome, Felicity thought. His voice was even and loving. Like he was talking to the most precious person in the world.

Her head hurt. Her vision was blurry. Her ears were buzzing. She could hear voices far away. What happened? She blinked. She had been on her way back home from her ultrasound and then she could only remember a blinding light.
She could tell that people were moving around and talking, but she could not focus. Her baby. Was her baby, okay?
“Miss? Can you hear me?” a soothing voice called from near her.
“Y-Yeah, yeah, I can hear you,” she said with some effort.
“My name is Oliver, and we are going to get you out of here. What’s your name?”
“Felicity,” she replied quietly. Her baby, was her baby, okay? “My baby… I’m- I’m p-pregnant. Thirty-five weeks.”

Summary
He’s speeding down the street and veering through traffic and lights to get to Buck in time. He thinks the worst, and his racing thoughts cause tears to stream down his face. He’s quick to wipe them away, though, so they don’t cloud his vision as he speeds to the apartment. Eddie continues to beat himself up, knowing this is all his fault, and partially the fault of the rest of their team, but mostly his own. His best friend needed him, and Eddie was too busy letting out his anger to notice his best friend sinking further down the rabbit hole of depression and guilt.
Or... Eddie finds a questionable voicemail from Buck and thinks the absolute worst and rushes over to stop his friend from doing the unthinkable. Will he make it in time? And if he does, will Buck come back to the golden retriever he once was, or will his insecurities get the best of him?
