Summary
When the term Career Genin comes up in casual conversation, it is often tied to failures and ninja-wanna-be’s. It is spoken with pity and undertones of dismissal by other shinobi. They were the ranks that other shinobi were thankful they were not apart of and were considered as useless individuals.
To Aioka, the Genin Corp was a gold mine of untapped potential. While most saw a cest pool of stagnation and misery, she saw talent waiting to be directed. Watch as an orphan from Tsuchi no Kuni, reforms Konoha by building up those who've lost hope.

Child immigrant growing up to a likeable BAMF (but not OP) main character in a Konoha filled with incredible in-depth world building. Overall a joy to read.

Summary
Kingdoms rise and fall for the want of a nail. Uchiha Madara desperately wants Konoha to be part of his World Omelet of Peace – and has to crack a few eggs to make it, like a six year old nail named Inuzuka Tsume. Shimura Danzo doesn’t want a kingdom of his own – he wants the village for which he sacrifices everything to thrive. Tsume just wants to be wanted, and finds herself collecting a kingdom of strays, from a newborn Kakashi abandoned at birth by his mother, to a naked 3 year old Naruto seeking refuge in Tsume’s dog kennels in the dead of winter, and a cranky old man named Danzo.
(Madara started it. Tsume regrets nothing, even if her taste is questionable. Danzo regrets himself into becoming a decent human being. Well, somewhat decent.)

Summary
There's been a storm brewing inside Sakura ever since Sasuke left to seek out Orochimaru, and the growing realization that she might not be half the shinobi her teammates are. She's always been the one that held back and let the boys finish the job, but it's clear she can't let herself be the weak one any longer. It's time to take her fate into her own hands.
It started with breaking into a library. But after a slew of what could be arguably called bad decisions, Sakura puts together an unlikely team of shinobi and decides to take on several impossible goals: defeating Akatsuki, keeping her loved ones safe, and, the most impossible goal of all: the unification of the shinobi world.
Sakura's not going to be the weak one of Team Seven anymore.
