Silver eyes he sees every time he closes his eyes to feel, to see, to hear, to remember, to bring forth all his ghosts and demons and morph them into words on paper. Silver eyes that he can never get used to seeing despite one of his closest friends having the same features but looking completely different from her. He sees the silver head of hair he’s tried so hard to forget. His fingers twitch, remembering how soft the strands were. It’s longer, much longer than when he last saw it in a movie some time ago. The silver is as bright as he last saw it, if not brighter.
How long has it been since?
Shin doesn't ask. He only ponders inwards as the sight of her burns him hotter than any flame could.
