Summary
Hagakure Tooru was used to being invisible, even in her own house. That was fine. Live by the rules and nothing would happen. She just had to teach her younger sister the same rules.
But when her parent's decided to leave them with only a small bag with food and some money when Tooru was 12, the rules quickly changed. Survive. Keep her sister alive until their parents came back. Because they had to come back.
Even if that meant stealing things and becoming a criminal. She had to keep her sister alive no matter what. She couldn't leave her alone. Only they could see each other and only they could trust each other.
Even when a very persistent detective wanted them to trust him. She had to protect her sister.

Summary
Abaddon had a lot to say about how the Thinker and Warrior implement the cycle. Why let shards fall out of the cycle just because their fleshy hosts had died, having to wait for inexperienced new hosts to appear? Why not just recreate them in one of the other parralel Earths different to their own to continue the cycle to maximise data collection!? A wonderful idea!
Unfortunately, the burden of this work fell upon the Queen Administrator shard. By the time she triggered, Taylor's shard was already done with it all, especially the posing as a goddess part. And hey, might as well hire an assistant, right?
Taylor was going to take the strange opportunity for all it was worth. Not dying being the first and most important.

The original story, as archived on SpaceBattles, has non-functioning links. This just serves to make it easier to access.

Taylor Hebert's power was odd, in that it was rather strong, rather strange and extremely opinionated, and she was fine to keep it hidden away. Unfortunately, neither Sophia Hess nor her power were keen to let this situation stand, and in a single moment she is forced to be proactive in a world that is very interested in her power... if only she can make sure she does not get found out as the one who stole Shadow Stalkers power.
But hey, all situations can become an opportunity, if leveraged properly.

Summary
This series deals with my imaginings of what could happen with the whole Lila drama. I took the title The Great Pretender from the oldies song "The Great Pretender" by the Platters. Now, I did not sit down and re-listen to the whole song, but what stuck out to me was the message that the great pretender was lonely and pretending to do well when things were not okay. I feel like this could apply to Marinette and to Lila. Marinette is obvious because she is pretending to not be hurt by Lila's actions. However, we're starting to see that the obvious pretender, Lila, is dealing with loneliness at home. While this in no way justifies her actions, it allows us to see how her behavior developed.
As always, if you or someone you know is being bullied or treated in a way that you are unsure of, I encourage you to seek help from someone (preferably an adult) that you trust.
