Summary
When Lois walked into work, she was greeted with the sight of Clark Kent, if Clark Kent was younger and extremely fucking cool.
“You lost?” Lois asked as she handed her badge to Mike, the receptionist.
The boy looked her up and down, like he was assessing a battlefield. He flashed her a bright smile. “Lois Lane, it is an honor to meet you in person. You’re just the woman who can help me. My name is Conner Kent and I need to see Clark. His phone’s on silent.”
Lois took her badge back. “You his brother or something? You look like twins.”
“I’m his son.”
(Lois and Conner meet for the first time. Hijinks, matchmaking, and invasive questions about Clark's personal life ensue.)

Summary
Clark Kent didn’t plan on having kids just yet. But when he finds an eight year old boy who looks just like him in the basement of Cadmus, he doesn’t hesitate to take him in.
Lois Lane never expected to take a vested interest in her coworker’s son. But when she meets Conner, she can’t help but adore him.
So Clark becomes a dad and Conner becomes a real person and Lois grows to love them both and day by day they learn how to live.
(Au where Conner was rescued from Cadmus as a child. Loosely and I mean very loosely based off of Conner’s origins in the Young Justice cartoon.)

Summary
Holiday time at the Kent farm. As the family hunkers down for gingerbread houses, festive movies, and a week of enforced social media detoxing, no one expects any Yuletide adventures more harrowing than Lois getting into the eggnog unsupervised again. Compared to that, Conner’s unexpected bout of sleepwalking barely makes for a passing anecdote in Ma’s scrapbook. It’s a little bit funny, even.
Or at least it is until it becomes clearer and clearer that Conner’s wanderings have some kind of purpose. And a target. But it’s completely fine, of course! Surely Conner’s just dreaming about babysitting— that’s why he keeps trying to take Jon from his crib. Repeatedly.
It makes perfect sense. It’s no big deal. Clark’s definitely not freaking out or anything.

Summary
“You’re invulnerable…” he whispers, but it’s clear that fact falters in his mind.
Confusion writes its way into the lines on Conner’s face and Clark takes a step back as though physically pushed.
“You’re not invulnerable.”
It is a statement, dull like stone.
“N-no, sir.”
— 🦸 —
OR: Conner's not as invincible as Clark thought. Suddenly, he's a lot more human.
