Summary
Since the beginning of this Jiji’s pain and violence have had an indescribable undercurrent of something not-pain and not-violence. Between then and now they've picked up a few more associations and solidified into things uncomfortably human. The tiny scab bleeding and almost memories of how he got it in the first place settle through him, then turn him restless in the very particular way.
Jiji is tired. Without even a hint of regret this is still worth it, but god does he get tired sometimes because it’s exhausting pretending that the sun and breeze never feel good on his skin.
Whatever, he decides. Rubbing one out is supposed to be good for stress relief anyways.

Jiji doesn't do anything, and then he goes through the same routine a few days later, and then he wakes up feeling like shit, and then he absently grinds against his mattress that night without doing anything, and then he forces himself to not think about it for a few days, and then–
Ok. Yeah. He needs this. Hosting Evil Eye is worth it, without even a hint of regret it's worth it, but Jiji is no monk. He's no ascetic living alone in the mountains. He's just a teenage boy trying his best to do the right thing.
(He's gone insane. It's the only explanation for why spitting up a tooth would feel like heaven.)

“Reigen always says it’s important,” Dimple huffed. He pushed himself off the bed and crossed the room in a few long strides to stand in front of Shigeo. He looked handsome in his boyish way, and, as always, Dimple had dressed to match. He hoped he’d make for a lovely accessory at Shigeo’s side tonight. Shigeo let Dimple straighten his lapel. He didn’t comment when Dimple got closer than was strictly necessary, nor when his hands lingered. “I will be,” Dimple said lowly, “on my absolute best behavior for you.”
Shigeo hooked two fingers around the fine red collar fastened to Dimple’s neck and tugged him down just a bit. He went as easily as ever, and with a small click his matching red leash was secured in place. Shigeo gave him a quick peck on the cheek.
“Good boy.”
(The only difference between a black dog of death and a benevolent churchyard grim is context.)

Tonight, though, Dimple returned to a restless Shigeo. He was sprawled out on his back, covers kicked aside and limbs thrown askew. Dimple briefly considered tucking him back in. He could gently rearrange Shigeo back under the warm blankets, right his stray limbs, smooth down his soft hair, curl into the crook of his neck.
Or, he could have some fun.
Dimple comes home late and decides to fulfill his nastyman quota. He definitely does not have any feelings in the process.

Doflamingo does not do that though, because he is both well acquainted with the symptoms of his own madness and perfectly in control of them. "Shit, yeah. Of course." Ghiaccio reached down to grab Risotto's arm, expecting to help pull the other to his feet. Instead what happened was Risotto grabbed his hand, and turned it palm up. Then with his other hand, Risotto grabbed Ghiaccio's glove and pulled it down, exposing his wrist.
Ghiaccio made to ask Risotto what the fuck he was doing, before he was interpreted by several razor blades busting out of the inside of his wrist.

Risotto drinks Ghiaccio's blood in a back alley while he's feeling a little out of it, then leaves. He may or may not have done this before. Ghiaccio gets some peace and quiet, and learns to put up with the aftertaste of iron supplements. Formaggio is there.)
