She couldn’t have been older than eight, but she looked like she had lived through eightly grueling years of life. She had very big eyes that only looked bigger by her gaunt cheeks and thin shoulders, her clothes only really fit her because of all the strings and leather straps she had tied to them to get them to stay, and there were all sorts of scars and burns littering her fingers and arms.
“You hungry?” Din asked.
