Summary
Lando always thought he knew how the work worked. He knew how Alphas and Betas thought when they had to interact with an Omega as successful as he was. He understood how Formula 1 society worked when you had a Grid Pack and Team Packs ready to make Omegas feel like they didn't matter.
But after he met his new Beta teammate, Oscar Piastri, and his weird way of making any Omegas he interacted with an independent and confident person. Lando might need to revisit all their interactions to understand him a little bit more.

Lando thinks Oscar is a Beta who is amazing with all the Omegas he meets and treats them fairly. So he falls in love with him but decides they don't have a chance because society would never allow a Beta to be with an Omega.
