A younger Thomas navigates life at Downton Abbey facing hardships, but doing so with the support of his downstairs family, and with more care from the Crawley family. With the love of his found family he hopes to heal from his painful past and make a life for himself. With the Crawley's protection will he be able to find love in a time when it was considered a crime?
(Romantic pairings between Thomas and someone else (undecided currently) will not occur until he is older).

After a few moments of content silence as their conversation drew to a close, Billy spoke. "I don't know why, but I feel a sort of connection to you," He said moving so that his face was closer to the other boy, Steve staring nervously back at him.
Billy was about to move closer when Dustin let out a scream tearing Steve away from Billy's gaze, "I-I, uh, should go see if he's okay and it's getting late anyway I should get Dustin and Mike home, bye, I'll, uh see you at school tomorrow!" Steve blurted out hurriedly, leaving the other boy alone...
Alternatively: Steve is struggling after the events of Season 1 and despite the company of the kids he can't help but feel lonely. Robin and Billy come along and everything changes.Or: Season 2 but Steve has Robin and Billy

Part One: Alec goes to Magnus' apartment where he finds Simon screaming, having just burnt himself in the sun. Unable to cope with betraying the clan and being banished by Raphael, the fledging would rather die than live without the clan leader.
I know this sort of thing has been done a fair amount, but I've wanted to write something like this for a while and was finally able to get the words together.
Part Two:
Some time has passed since Simon was forced by Clary to betray his own clan and made an attempt to take his own life. After healing with the help of Magnus and Simon, Raphael and the clan back at his side the fledgling has begun to try and move on with what is now his life.But with the reappearance of Clary, will his family, his love and his new life now be threatened?
