Thomas, Newt, Minho, Gally, Frypan and Dora finally made it to the Safe Haven as the only remaining Gladers. Only a few months after destroying Wicked, helicopters carrying people claiming to be the FBI show up and turn their peaceful lives upside-down.
Now, the Gladers, Teresa, Brenda, Aris, Sonya, Harriet, Jorge, and Vince must try to navigate the real world without the Flare, in spite of them being split up and sent back to their biological families.

Summary
On Family Day at Camp Half-Blood, Percy's mom mentions Percy's since-childhood best friend Micah (also known as Adam Milligan), demigods and gods alike are curious.
Note that in this fic, Adam and Michael have merged into one person, a mix of them both. Micah, or as he's more commonly called, Adam, has two sets of memories, so for him he just has had a very weird life.
Also, Adam was de-aged when he first met Percy, and they grew up together, so Percy has never known him to be anything other than the Adam-Michael mix. It's why I added the OC to the tags, since they're basically a new person.

“What’s Percy short for, Jackson?” Mr. D asked one afternoon where Percy had been roped into playing pinochle again.
Percy looked up from his cards, “it’s short for Perseus.” Mr. D was apparently known for getting all of the campers' names wrong, so Percy thought it was a strange question. Percy also thought Mr. D was a strange man–god, whatever–though so he didn’t say anything about it.
“Why did your mother name you that?”
Percy just shrugged. His mother had never told him why she had named him what she did, and now he would never know.
Mr. D looked at him for what felt like forever. “It’s an unfortunate name.” He finally said. Percy felt like he should have been offended–if only on his mother’s behalf, but there was something in Mr. D’s tone that made Percy not want to question it.
He looked back down at his cards.

Around s5e18, instead of deciding to say 'yes' to Michael, Dean tries a different plan to keep Heaven from finding any vessel for Michael. Desperate, the angels turn to an alternate universe for a suitable vessel. They find a perfect replacement, but nothing can ever be that easy.
In which the 'terrible life' the angels gave Dean and Sam in s4e17 was based on the real life of another universe's Dean Smith, who is in for a wild ride when Castiel shows up in his universe asking for help.
