  Summary

  What if, instead of a guilt-stricken girl turned bluebird, Wirt and Greg ran into Danny, a creature who masquerades as a human to gain the trust of the boys, as to help them survive the beast which has a knack for destroying anything good that is unlucky enough to find itself in the Unknown. Wirt fears that this is truly just a boy or something as evil as the beast it swears to protect them from.
