After hearing of Langa's woes with trying to land any sort of Job, his roommate, Reki, gives him an in to work as a waiter at Club S. Unknown to Langa, though, is that Club S is one of the most high profile host clubs in town, owned by the mysterious Ainosuke Shindo.
After impressing Mr. Shindo, Langa is promoted to being a host, which draws him deeper into places he didn't know existed under the glitter of Okinawa's night life, and in his own heart.

If a vampire didn't receive a formal burial, it must lie beneath a foot of earth at the place of its transition to undeath. A vampire can move its place of burial by transporting its coffin or a significant amount of grave dirt to another location. Some vampires set up multiple resting places this way.

Summary
The Kingdom army has taken the Great Bridge of Myrddin, and the entire continent is holding its breath as all three nations prepare their forces for a clash at Gronder Field. As the Kingdom army regroups at the monastery, a small disturbance sends Felix and Sylvain on a scouting mission to Imperial territory. They do not return.
Captured and tortured for information, Felix and Sylvain have little to rely on but each other and the faint hope of rescue.
At the monastery, the Blue Lions mount a desperate search for their missing companions. Dimitri, confronted by the potential loss of the two people he cherishes most, must decide what’s more important: their lives, or the demands of his ghosts.

“Can you imagine if Dimitri came with us?” Sylvain asks. “He’d never shut up about propriety and if I was riding my horse right or any of that shit. This is perfect. Just you and me!”
He slings an arm around Felix’s shoulders. Felix lets him. Sylvain is telling a lie: Dimitri, if he had been allowed to travel with them to quell the rebellion, if he had taken the command his uncle wanted him to, would be quiet and solemn and hollow-eyed, exactly as he’s been the past two years.
But Sylvain is good at lying. Felix didn’t mind it so much when they were younger; it meant Sylvain could always get them out of trouble. It was only in the few years before Glenn died that it began to worry him.

"He's quite calm at the moment. How old did you say he was?" Patroclus speaks lightly to Than, speaking over him, like even in a conversation about him there's no need for him to pay attention. With all these points of contact, reminders that he's wanted and valued here, that feels nice, relieving even.
