A lack of motivation- of time, of effort- or even of care. And so, the story goes on. People live their lives, they laugh their laughs and cry their cries- and thusly decide there’s simply no time for such a fool’s errand.

With the disappearance of the blue blur and the doctor’s subsequent brisk global takeover, the resistance forces are scattered, reeling, and struggling to hold their ground. Without the speed, charisma, leadership, inspiration of Sonic, hope is a resource in short supply, and many find themselves hoping for a miracle rather than pulling forth the drive within themselves to fight. No starry eyed rookie steps up to the task, and the heroes organization crumbles in on itself beneath the crushing boot of Robotnik’s tyranny.

Sunny has always been a rather shy, laidback individual. Socializing and, y’know, actual conversation had never been his strong suit. He got along just fine with his small circle of friends.
That is, until he’s forced to taste test one of Kel’s experimental batches of homemade Orange Joe. Instead of getting sick from a foul combination of orange juice and coffee, the drink mysteriously gives Sunny a huge boost in confidence!
Watch as Sunny dunks on his highschool bullies, gives Mari a piece of his mind about violin practice, and makes Aubrey’s face pinker than her hair.

Summary

Violins string a somber tune as Sunny emerges the victor over his mind's captor- a friend of his own design, trapping him in a fantasy unlived. As the rain pours down from the skies, and he begins to come to term with his actions- he steps out into the biting cold- with the sole mission of repaying his debts. That is, until a girl from his past crashes into his life, once more.
