Summary
After coming out to Rose, Shane decides he doesn't want to lie anymore, even if he isn't sure coming out will mean he gets happily ever after with Ilya. When coming out to the Voyageurs leaves him wondering what his future in Montreal might look like, he lets himself be a little selfish, he lets himself wonder if there might be somewhere else he might be happy. If Montreal wants to get rid of a generational player, he's not about to stop them, especially if it means he can get a little closer to joy.

Ch 42
Shane came out to his team before all stars game with Ilya, got shut out
During injury after all stars game he was traded to Scott’s New York team
Shane is having a wonderful time there, opening up, making friends
New York admirals are accepting of him being gay, Scott came out to the team, the team met his boyfriend
Ilya and Shane are engaged, Ilyas cliff and Svetlana know about him and Shane
Scott know about Shane and Ilya, so do Shane’s parents
Shane was there for the birth of Hayden’s 4th child which was one of his biggest regrets of not being able to do when he moved to New York
Shane is center on first line with Carter and Luke (his and Ilyas adopted 19 year old rookie)
Scott is center on second line with 2 wings he’d played with so long they are amazing together
NY beat Boston 10-2 on 6th game in playoffs -with all 3 first line forwards making a Hattie (3 goals each)
Theyre married!!! On Thursday during playoffs
They won the cup!! And Shane won the Conye smith award
During celebrations Greg noticed Hollanov and was supportive to Scott about it
Shane got Ilya a dog for his bday!!! They haven’t met the dog yet tho
Luke got best newbie, Shane got conn smith, Scott got his award and spoke about love, friendship, and loneliness
After the awards sooo many hockey players from many teams went to a gay club to celebrate Scott Hunter night
Shane jj and Hayden got matching Roman numeral tattoos of the years they won cups
Shane also got a key tattoo with a chain 1410
Shane Ilya Luke Marlow Hayden jj hood and a couple rookies trained together for a week in Ottawa -
