However, when Carly had to take Sam to the dentist some time later, Sam told her best friend her secrets, including the kiss, but... What if before she could tell her everything, Carly had to go to the hospital because Spencer was injured by the inmates? And what if it was Freddie to whom Sam confessed all those things, adding the little detail that she enjoyed the kiss?
