When Jeongguk undergoes an unforeseen vampiric transformation, everything he knows is called into question. Kim Seokjin tried his absolute best to not be a villain. Really. It's a little difficult when you lived to murder people for a living, but he still tried.
So when he somehow manages to semi-adopt a perfectly normal young man he finds on the street he tries his darnedest to provide a loving, fulfilling, caring home for as long as he's there. Give the kid a leg up he never had, eh? (Well, a normal leg up.)
