Steven wasn’t entirely sure what to think about being accidentally called by a child who had just started their journey, let alone the craziness that came with it, but– somehow, for whatever reason, he felt as though it would be wrong of him to just leave the poor kid alone. Besides, it wouldn’t hurt to at least help the kid whenever it’s needed, or even travel with them!
Of course, discovering more stones and minerals would be a great benefit.

Before the attendant could say anything, a deep voice spoke up from behind the pair. “A rando? Kingscholar, that is not a kind thing to say.”
