Summary
Zhou Mingrui thought transmigrating into a novel would be simple: stay quiet, observe the plot, and wait for the story to end so he could go home.
Unfortunately, nothing goes according to plan.
Reborn as Klein Moretti, a minor supporting character in The Birth of a Hero, Zhou is strictly forbidden from interfering with the original storyline. All he has to do is watch events unfold and collect Stellar Points along the way.
Easy.
At least, it should have been.
For reasons completely beyond his understanding, the plot begins to spiral out of control. Characters act strangely, important events shift without warning, and the “original story” he once knew starts looking more like a bad rewrite.
With a sarcastically polite talking mirror, a game-like system, and a rapidly declining sanity bar, Zhou struggles to survive in a world where even doing absolutely nothing somehow changes fate.
All he wants is to go home.
The story, however, has very different ideas.
