Summary
Clint’s life was relatively simple. He killed monsters, he got paid, he healed and he moved on before he ran into either a black clad or a witch hunter. He had about 3 friends in the world, if he counted his horse, and he was fine with that. Life was good, until one day he heard about King Radovid V of Redania hosting a contest that could earn him quite a hefty sum.
A nice little competition, together with the prize money, was all he had wanted, but suddenly he found himself in a mismatched group setting out on a quest against an Ice Giant. And destiny seemed to have its eyes on them.

Two years after the Avengers signed the Sokovia Accords, a video from inside the Raft is published, exposing the crimes committed by Thaddeus Ross and the government in their greed to gain full control of the enhanced population. While Ross and Tony want the Avengers to take on the role of the Accord’s enforcers, Steve refuses to aid in the persecution of the mutant minority. The Avengers are once again divided.
Or: what if Steve accepted Tony’s offer and signed the Accords in exchange for Bucky’s life.
