Stiles isn’t sure how long he’s been there, days certainly, maybe a week, but he knows that his time is almost up.

Stiles clicks off his microphone and leans back as soft guitars begin to build over the station speakers, spilling out into the street in front of his window. Outside the town is quiet, not that Storybrooke is ever a bustling city. It’s small and quaint and everyone pretty much knows everyone. It’s comforting in a way, even if something deep down in Stiles longs for more.

Summary
It's the confusion that Stiles dislikes the most, the flipping whirling world outside his windshield that refuses to still as his mind races to catch up. For a moment he is not sure what happened or where he is, or even who he is, but once the vehicle screeches to a stop and the pain flares up in his abdomen he is suddenly back online. Stiles knows pain well at this point and it grounds him.
