Giyuu can't handle Shinobus bullying/teasing anymore. She's been going TOO far. Sanemi would always comfort him in private, since they put on an act in front of others. But Giyuu would do self-harm without Sanemis knowledge. And that led to lack of sleep, hallucinations, and eventually, Suicide.
