tbh I don't really know what Im doing, and probably should have started with a one-shot, this is my first fic *yaaayy*
also i have no trust in my summaries But I'll try:Yena's life started out Great!.... key word here is ,"started". After going through so many things that someone her age wouldn't even experience in their nightmares, she escapes, closing her heart off to everyone, but ESPECIALLY to adults. There's no way a chaotic group of children in the form of adults could worm their way in.... Right?
Or Modern AU the Hermits find a abused child and essentially emotionally adopt her (bit of SBI and bench trio but no Wilbur)

Wilbur nods, keeps smiling until Phil leaves. Only then does he drop his backpack and duffel bag on the floor, take a shuddering breath and will himself to keep it together.
This is temporary.
His parents aren’t abusers, they’re lovely people with good jobs and good connections. They’ll go to trial and everyone will find out that Wilbur is just being dramatic and then he’ll go home to a house that is made to look warm when it is really just cold.
Or, Wilbur has recently been moved to a temporary foster house due to his parents upcoming trial and learns what it truly means to be loved.

Summary
Wil has lived in foster care pretty much his entire life. It’s where he meets Tommy, whom he soon considers a brother of sorts. So it’s only natural, that when he turns eighteen, he takes Tommy and they run.
Finding a small apartment and a shitty job isn’t the hard part, really, it’s far more difficult to deal with his own mind on top of caring for a twelve year old.
That is, until he gets assistance in the form of his two neighbors, Phil and Techno.
