A Phantom of the Opera AU! You don't need to be familiar with Phantom...it just steals the plot points slightly. This is 100% Carmen Sandiego otherwise and isn't a crossover :D

Summary

Elphaba Thropp is a semi-famous defense attorney desperate to make sure her little sister's wedding goes off without a hitch.
Galinda needs inspiration for her final piece, and Elphaba needs Galinda so her sister's big day is everything she desires. After a clumsy consultation, an impromptu phone call and business dinner that turns into something more personal, the women strike a deal:
