Summary

Just the Parent trap with Danny and Damian without the getting your parents back together part. Yes I did remove the romantic subplot from a romantically focused story and made it work because I'm stubborn like that. Yes I did steal this synopsis directly off the movie.

Summary
Yugi is so young. Eternity lies ahead of him, unformed, unwritten. It is theirs to compose together. It became theirs when the Puzzle was solved.
The dead king drums a pointer finger against the arm of his throne. A blackened, overgrown nail taps the cracked stone, metal and gold. His jaws come open and the endless emptiness outside of the catacomb maze shudders.
“You are mine. Mind, body, and soul.”
Ownership extends more deeply and intimately than even this. The mind, the body, the soul. The heart which seats the mind, the name which encompasses the individual. The shadow and the spirit.
Yugi’s face pales.
“I'm ... I am not ... none of that is yours to just claim! I don't care if you're royalty. You want it?”
Despite the trepidation that follows defying this great entity to its face, he is bold enough to approach the dark divine unbidden. He plants a foot to the step just before the holy throne occupied by the reconfigured Pharaoh and jabs a finger his way in an act that damns him to unity with the force that beckons the end of their world.
“Then you have to earn it.”
