It was one of those heists.
He, Jigen, and Goemon had gotten separated in the commotion, with Jigen pocketing the stolen goods as Lupin tried to escape. Zenigata was hot on his tail, shouting a string of curses as Lupin led him snaking through the trees, trying to lose him in the forest. It was all going according to plan, even if Zenigata was being extra stubborn today.
Until it started to rain.
