The most in-depth characterization of Crowley that I've ever read, bar none. The psychology is fascinating and the therapist, Aubrey Thyme, is so vivid in her characterization both as a professional and as a person. Just. AHHH. Fantastic!!

Summary
Due to pressure from students, alum, and the board, Nedzu has announced that they will be having a yearbook and that it is up to the teachers to get pictures of their classes. Aizawa, of course, thinks that's stupid, and immediately finds a way to avoid his responsibilities by exploiting a loophole - he can get the pictures from his students.
The only catch is that he doesn't want his coworkers to find out what he's doing because then they'll never let him hear the end of it.

Then again, she’s managed to hold entire conversations with Endeavor without showing that she desperately wants to punch him in the throat, so. “Looks like the new number one is recently debuted Mount Lady, bumping last year’s number one Midnight to number two—”
She changes the channel with a roll of her eyes, but the next news report is covering the same thing. And the next.

Hilarious and heartwrenching in equal number. The hints of Quirk Theory and discrimination based on Quirks are wonderfully done. The characterization is bold and clear throughout. Can't decide if I want to strangle Mini Midoriya or hug him.
