Summary
This particular night, Demyan can’t help but notice that Flins and Varka are still on that first bottle of ice wine, glasses still half-full on the table in front of them. At some point during the night, Varka had eased his entire body into the sofa cushions until he was sprawling over more than half of it, his right thigh and foot pressed up against’ Flins’ own. Varka’s arm is wrapped around Flins’ shoulders and he’s laughing.
The flush in Varka’s cheeks and glimmer of mirth in Varka’s eyes leaves Demyan with the impression that Varka may not have stopped laughing over the past few hours.

Summary
Flins rests one ungloved hand on Varka's side.
He's a furnace as always, running hot where Flins is always just a touch too cold. It must be uncomfortable for Varka; Flins eagerly leeches off his body heat without having any to share himself. But just as with so many other things, Varka does not complain. He presses Flins deeper into his embrace, envelopes him in his warmth to the point where Flins soon can't remember what being cold felt like to begin with.[A moment between Flins and Varka, bathed in silvery moonlight]

Summary
Flins calmly unclips the lantern from his belt. The blue flame within flickers and dances and grows as he raises it high above his head. Blindingly bright light spills forth, enveloping all and the cacophony of noises reaches crescendo, deafeningly loud. When the light recedes, the monsters are dead, their bodies crumbling to nothing but dust.
“Wow,” comes a voice from behind Flins. It is deep and pleasant and Flins has never heard it before. “That was impressive. Might I ask your name?”
“My name is Kyryll Chudomirovitch Flins. I am one of Nod Krai's Lightkeepers.”
“Kyryll”, the man repeats, “Nice to make your acquaintance. My name's Varka! Maybe you've heard of me. Grandmaster of Mondstadt, Knight of Boreas. At your service.”

Summary
While it was mildly concerning that so many strangers were invested in their private lives, Sam found comments about them wildly entertaining. His favorites were the ones asking if Bucky knew that it was now legal to like men.
Bucky did not have the same appreciation. "I was kissing men before any of those little shits on the internet were born. Of course I know it’s legal now," he once muttered in exasperation with his head on Sam’s lap, eyes on Sam’s phone instead of the book in front of him. The sincere indignation of it made Sam laugh so hard he couldn’t breathe.
