Summary
Leorio really couldn’t say how he got himself in this position. Toned thighs bracketed his own, digging in lightly and making his head spin. His hand twitched, tangling into the edges of the blanket around them. He imagined reaching up and wrapping his arms around Kurapika, imagined pulling him down and embracing him tightly, holding him and burying his face into the other man’s shoulder. He thought of Kurapika’s weight bearing down against him, and swallowed thickly. He needed to listen to the angel above him, needed to stay still, but he ached to touch.

Summary
The skylight was blinking at him.
The dragging noise ran along the length of the object like brittle nails scratching concrete—sending a sharp sensation that reached his teeth. Leorio snapped out of his stupor and abruptly rose from the bathtub, bidding farewell to the remaining warmth that still covered him like a blanket.
The warmth did not follow him out of the water. Whatever illusion—hope—he had of opening his eyes and finding another body next to his was cruelly stolen from him.
All that remained was Leorio, the impression of company, and eyes that followed him.

Summary
“You again.”
Kurapika didn’t even blink at Leorio’s accusing tone, already tired from his bullshit. It could be so, so easy being civil around each other, but of course, the older teen had never heard of that concept before. He scowled as the infirmary assistant approached him with a shark-like smile on his lips.
“This is what– the fourth time we meet like this? If I didn’t know any better, I’d think you were in love with me or something.”
Prone to getting into fights with his classmates, Kurapika had never gotten along with the disagreeable third-year student assisting at the school’s infirmary. To his absolute dismay, however, it seemed that life had special plans for Leorio and him.
