And he does, looks into the fierce scowl and knows it is not directed at him. Windu looks determined, not angry. More tears fall down his cheeks, get caught on the councilors thumbs.
“Do you understand me?” He continues quietly. Nearly whispering, though it’s so quiet everyone can hear them regardless. “You are a Jedi. You are under my protection. I will never. Not while your eyes are blue, not while you still have Light within you, and not while there is someone else upon which to lay blame.”The Jedi suffer a mass vision, one of death and horror. One of the end of the Order and the Republic. In order to prevent this and save their family, in order to plan, they run to far corners of the galaxy. They lock down as hard as they possibly can. It allows them to truly reflect, for the first time in decades.

Day 2: Nowhere to run (cornered, caged, confrontation)
When the GAR finds complaint forms for the Guard many of them start to submit false forms in order to create more work for the Guard as a harmless prank. The Chancellor has decided to take a hands on approach to correct the issues mentioned in these forms and Fox can't keep up with the resulting punishments. He decides to ask his batchmates to help reduce the number of forms, but their discussion doesn't go exactly to plan.

The artifact glowed in Kenobi’s hands, consuming his entire body in a brilliant crystal blue. Dooku watched—half horrified, half entranced—as the box split open, the brush of the unifying force breathing in sync with the living. "A single touch from a single soul creates an unimaginable shift in the force," the descriptions of the artifact had uttered. The words couldn’t even begin to describe the shift in the air, the impenetrable tick of gears turning. And then, almost as soon as it began, the swirling blue light tucked itself back into the artifact with a soft hiss, leaving behind a man who was nothing like the general Dooku knew.
Standing in front of him was a young Jedi Knight who looked very much afraid.
“Grandmaster?” Obi-Wan whispered.
Or in other words: During the late Clone Wars, Obi-Wan accidentally touches an ancient Jedi artifact, which transports his grieving Post-Naboo self into the future to take his place. Somehow this saves the galaxy.

Summary
The Corsucant Guard is barely holding on. Senators and civilians alike treat them like dirt, the Chancellor always needs Fox for something, and the Guard can't rely on anyone but themselves.
After one of his troopers accidentally arrests a jedi on a bust, Fox thinks he's about to get the punishment of a lifetime.
