The kiss doesn’t last long, barely a minute and Wade pulls away.
“Keep talking. It’s nice to hear you talking so much for once. What else do you want.”“A big fluffy rug in front of the fire that you can fuck me on.” Logan rushed out in one breath, his eyes widening like he can’t believe he actually said that out loud. He can feel his cheeks heat up.
“Oh, that can be arranged.” Wade kisses him again, pressing their hips together. “Now you’re talking my language. The whole image is really coming together now.” He winks at Logan. “Just like we could be.”
Logan pulls away this time, laughing lightly as Wade whines and tries to chase his lips. “I’ve got more things I want to show you.”
Wade pouts as Logan pulls away from him but gets a thrum of excitement run through him when he remembers that Logan is touring him around what could only be described as his dream house. “Lead the way, honey badger.”
Or…

Summary
The potion bottle finally comes away from Logan’s mouth with a spit string, and he heaves slightly as he tries to suppress a gag. Laura cackles and smacks his back as he goes to wash it down with his beer, making him cough again, and Tony claps mockingly and orders him a chaser.
“There is something in that,” Logan croaks, eyes wet at the corners, “That is not on the ingredient label.”
“Uh, yeah, it's the essence of werewolf,” Wade says. “The lady is a real witch.”
Logan narrows his eyes at him, and Wade meets his gaze, his own expression manic. Logan is flushed and weepy and the potion dribbling down his chin makes him look like a drooling anime girl and Wade is acutely reminded of why Logan probably responded to his text in the first place.
“You better fuckin’ hope there’s no actual werewolf in that,” Logan says threateningly.
Wade sneers, “Oh I definitely hope there is. You ever see that gif of the pineapple in the hydraulic press–”

“Commitment can be attractive, so I’ve heard,” Logan responded, reminded of the times where he’d observed from the sidelines as Scott and Jean curled up on the sofa, wrapped together like they were trying to melt into a single form.
“Couldn’t agree more, pumpkin. Commitment goes hard as fuck,” Wade snorted, tapping his fingers across the metal poles of the balcony.
Huh?
Logan hadn’t exactly been expecting to hear that.
It didn’t matter if Wade constantly referred to Logan as his loving wife, or kicked Mary Puppins out of their so-called marriage bed, Logan hadn’t really considered those off-handed comments would have a little bit of truth in them. He’d assumed they were jokes, but if Logan was hearing him right, Wade seemed to like the idea of getting hitched.
Wade was talking about marriage.
And Logan was listening with a knot in the middle of his chest, because he wasn’t hating the idea of it. Not at all.
(Let's just say, it’s very poolverine-like to hate-fuck in a Honda Odyssey on the night they were supposed to get engaged.)
